The Small Commercial Lines CSR (customer service representative) will work within our Core Commercial Department in conjunction with the Core Account Managers and referring producers and will be responsible for assisting Account Managers in the onboarding of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts. They will need to provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of the Account Managers and Producers. Attention to detail and a willingness to work as part of a team are critical to the position. After an initial training period in our Westminster, Colorado office, we offer a hybrid remote work model.

Primary Duties:

• Promote and uphold our Company Core Values
• Support the client experience by assisting the account manager with policy reviews and coverage recommendations, certificate and auto ID issuance, and policy research and data collection.
• Assist Core Account Managers with renewal planning, processing, and reviews.
• Assist Core Account Managers with small CL applications, change requests, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, payment processing, claims intake.
• Provide outstanding service and build relationships with clients to assist them with their insurance needs.
• Follow the agency process for managing all activity in our Agency Management System (Applied Epic).

• Experience with Applied Epic and Indio a plus
