Our client, a large PE-backed logistics company, are hiring for a Divisional Controller that will oversee a $100M Revenue division within the company, and report directly to the CFO.

The Divisional Controller will manage and supervise all aspects of accounting, from reconciliation to tax compliance, and assist with developing internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning as needed.

Some responsibilities for the role will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and directing all company accounting operations and processes
• Preparing monthly financial statements
• Managing consistent month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Coordinating external audit process and ensuring all documentation is accurately represented for auditing
• Overseeing and managing the regulatory reporting, including tax preparation and compliance
• Ensuring corporate tax filings and other filing requirements are prepared accurately and filed on time.
• Analyzing accounting operations, making financial recommendations for improvement, and implementing new strategies and processes
• Assist in finance and accounting projects
