Job Responsibilities
- Greet and respond to customers warmly in person and over the phone.
- Manage and resolve customer issues through calls, e-chats, and in-person interactions.
- Foster relationships with customers and referral sources for new opportunities.
- Take and process incoming orders, including staging and retrieving products for Will Call and processing credit card transactions.
- Manage order lifecycles, backorders, stock transfers, and deadstock items.
- Process customer orders in Business Point and handle day-to-day tasks such as shipping, receiving, and scanning documents.
- Maintain a clean work area and provide coverage for the customer service department as needed.
- Utilize Salesforce and other platforms to maintain customer engagement accuracy and update order information.
- Respond to customer needs through multiple communication channels.
- Open and close the office as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English (written and oral). Bilingual preferred English/Spanish.
- Must be able to function independently.
- CRM experience is PREFERRED.
- Microsoft Office experience is a must.
