- Welcome guests, receive guest information upon arrival through the visitor log.
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times. Via in-person, phone, email, or online communications, and provide answers to inquiries.
- Ensure the reception area is kept neat, professional, and clean.
- Light filing.
- Manage temporary badge system.
- Handling special requests (occasionally arrange restaurant reservations, provide directions, etc.).
- Perform administrative duties on an ad hoc basis.
- Office management support, which may include: light kitchen and restroom tidying up (wiping counters, refilling soap, making coffee, removing trash, etc.), office supply stocking, copy/print, conference room setup up, pantry inventory, or light facilities, or mail.
- High school degree or higher.
- 3 years experience in administrative or office services.
- A positive and professional attitude and neat appearance.
- Exceptional communication skills and Attention to detail.
- Excellent phone presence and strong organizational skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job - lifting, bending, etc.
- To be able to work both independently and in a team setting successfully.
- Able to start immediately.
