Summary

Distinguishing Career Features
The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for developing a culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and performance with a shared vision for the future. To achieve this, the ED will emphasize employee retention and engagement. They will direct and implement the agency’s mission statement and strategic plan to achieve agreed-upon strategic and financial goals. They will continually develop and update organization design, management, and processes for maximum productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness with an emphasis on achieving economies of scale. The ED will ensure that the clinics are in compliance with regulatory agencies, governing health care delivery, and the rules and regulations of accrediting bodies. The ED will serve as a mentor to staff and ensure professional growth and development for all employees. The individual will provide specific supervisory to the members of the Management Team including the OM, CFO and directors of the medical, dental, pharmacy, physical therapy and behavioral health departments. Duties/ Responsibilities
Education, Licenses, Certification and Experience
A valid Washington State driver's license is required and must be eligible for the Colville Tribes vehicle insurance and maintained throughout employment. Some travel will be required.
Basic Life Support, HIPAA and Privacy Act training certification is required within 90 days of hire.
A background check will be required with clearance maintained throughout employment.
Tribal member and Indian and veteran preference will apply.
Working Conditions
LRCHC has ADA compliant facilities. The position requires the ability to sit and work on a computer for long periods of time. May require lifting of 15 50 lbs.
