The Senior Program Manager is responsible for program management, project oversight, process improvements, and governance for Service, Delivery & Operations Network Operations department. The Operations program management position will address project management, procurement, budget, and logistics for delivery of ground support equipment including emergency needs; this role does not involve software development. Position will require strong project management knowledge, practices, processes and controls to accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating multi-project activities, with indirect guidance from senior level managers and directors. The role requires regular, accurate budget forecast management, analytical and metrics-based reporting to stakeholders.

Preffered Qualifications

• Experience working with or for host Airlines, Railroads
• Transportation industry experience is plus

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work, training, and education
• Strong business acumen with excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively respond to complex information
• Must manage coordination and execution at both high- and detailed levels, across multiple teams and projects
• 12 years' experience with significant hands-on Program and Project management experience from project initiation to implementation using formal project management methodologies and processes.
• Expertise with project management, procurement and finance system interactions such as MS Project, Ariba On Demand, SAP.
• Experience in creating a reports & dashboards by using PowerBI technologies.
