Confident Staff Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced driver to join one of our Carriers and serve as a dedicated driver for Account- Dollar Tree.

This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay and benefits.

As a dedicated driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting products from distribution centers to Dollar Tree stores across the country.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as excellent customer service skills and a commitment to on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or concerns
• Communicate with dispatch and store managers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any delivery issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications :

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a commercial driver
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and hours of service requirements
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
