Financial Controller

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our finance team. The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. This position requires a deep understanding of financial concepts, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Develop and implement budgeting processes to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Prepare regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights that support operational efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor corporate accounting practices to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Lead the forecasting process by analyzing historical data and market trends to predict future financial performance.
• Assist in governmental accounting matters as required.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with accounts receivable management.
• Excellent skills in financial report writing for internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
