JOB DUTIES:
- Lead and mentor an operations team
- Build, maintain and grow relationships with clients
- Analyze, report and drive operational metrics and KPI’s
- Manage the P&L and drive financial performance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess one or more of the following:
- Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment
- Associate’s degree with five (5) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment
- High School diploma with seven (7) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience, driving operational and financial metrics
- At least two (2) years of experience in successfully building and developing teams
