Confidential Jobs is Hiring a Talent Leader (Director/Senior Director) Near Dallas, TX

We are offering a senior human resources leadership role within a high-growth, professional services company.

Our preferred candidate would be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and have no issue with being onsite up to 4-5 days per week.

As a Talent Leader reporting to our Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for shaping and deploying talent initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote learning and development.

This role is pivotal in embedding company values into the day-to-day experiences of our employees, leading talent acquisition efforts, and managing comprehensive talent development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively solicit employee feedback through multiple avenues and provide pragmatic solutions to drive engagement and retention.
  • Regularly analyze engagement, retention, and other key metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with employees and leaders, equipping them to effectively navigate and communicate change.
  • Continually enhance the employee experience with the goal of achieving external recognition as a best place to work.
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Contribute to strategic workforce planning by lining up a talent pipeline.
  • Develop and implement succession planning to ensure leadership readiness and continuity for critical roles.
  • Deliver performance management solutions that enhance communication and development between managers and employees.
  • Create and deploy leadership development programs for current and emerging leaders at all levels.
  • Architect and execute talent review processes, working with leaders to develop individual development plans for high-potential employees.
  • Contribute to the development of the employee communication strategy and crafting of messages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR or Talent Management.
  • Experience in working with fast-paced companies undergoing rapid growth or transformation; M&A experience desired.
  • Ability to work autonomously and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
