Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with facilities, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role involves strategic account management, client support, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. The Account Manager will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding the company's presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at facilities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Monitor account performance and client satisfaction, taking proactive steps to address any issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Educate clients on services, updates, and industry best practices.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for market
  • Work closely with marketing, development, and customer service teams to align client needs with company offerings.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on account activities, client feedback, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account coordination/ management, sales, or customer service.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
