This role reports into CFO and will have exposure to senior management and special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor management, including new vendor set-up and assisting with inquiries
- Process invoices in AP system
- Prepare daily deposits and cash reports
- Support the year end tax and audit processes
- Assist with General Ledger account reconciliations
- Ad hoc projects as eneded
Qualifications
- 2 years of related accounts payable experience experience
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong time management and work ethic
