Growing commercial company in Dover, NH is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the controller and will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable processing as well as multi state payroll. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
*Full Match/Batch, Coding of all AP invoices through check runs
*Process payments, prepare PO's
*Work interdepartmentally with purchasing to solve discrepancies
*1099 preparation
*Process multi state payroll
*Ad Hoc tasks when needed
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
*2 Years AP/payroll experience
*Prior experience working with SAGE accounting system
*Experience processing payroll for 200-300 multi state employees
Pay: $25-30/hr DOE
