Job Title: AEM Developer/SME

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer/SME to join our team at Iris Software, working onsite at Client location three days a week. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to develop cutting-edge digital consumer experiences using Adobe’s AEM product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement AEM-based solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrate with third-party systems.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of AEM solutions.
• Implement and optimize Adobe products like AEM as a cloud service, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Analytics.
• Perform administrative tasks including infrastructure setup, security, and performance optimization.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with AEM and web technologies (JSP, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, and enterprise Java frameworks (e.g., Spring).
• Experience with end-to-end implementations of AEM 6.5 or later, preferably AEM as a cloud service.
• Familiarity with UX principles, web components, and Adobe APIs.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM) and experience in Agile environments.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Solr Search and other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Experience with performance optimizations and CI/CD tools (JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, etc.).
