This position is the lead financial support for Pleasant Prairie, responsible for ongoing month end close, forecasting, planning, and annual budgeting process. This position supports the manufacturing operation with accurate financial & operating information, analysis of financial result, and new product quote & requote process for customers. This position reports to Business Unit Controller Fulfillment and will have supervision of quote and requote process.

Responsibilities:

1) Supporting Pleasant Prairie Operation with accurate & timely financial & operating information

• Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, planning, forecasting process for Pleasant Prairie

• Provide analysis of financials monthly result including sales & margin analysis for business in PP

• Support finance activity at PP and helping plant management understand financial performance

2) Leading monthly close process for PP & support corporate close process & maintain balance sheet reconciliation

• Month end JE and accruals for month end close

• Month End Account Reconciliations to support month end process

• Perform full balance sheet reconciliation for site specific account each month & maintain accuracy of balance sheet

• Investigate discrepancy in accounts and propose adjustment through monthly JE

3) Support New Product Quote & Requote Process

• Support new product quote and pricing requote process

• Work with quote coordinator to prepare & review new product quote

4) Compliance with & adherence to corporate policy & procedure

• Perform reconciliations between multiple system to ensure financial integrity

• Ability to understand financial implication of different systems used on PP

• Reporting of Wisconsin local property/personal taxes

5) Other

• Support audit requests & respond to audit request in timely manner

• Other ad-hoc analysis as needed
