· 11 Operatory Practice with just under 15,000 active charts

· Current owner is a true Super GP offering: All on 4 placement, Molar Endo and Extractions, All levels of Sedation, and 'Bread and Butter' General Dentistry.

· 4-Day Work week

· Proven W-2 Earnings over $350k/year. More once you are an equity holder in the practice.

Who is a fit?

· Must have proven record of success in a private practice setting.

· Must live within a reasonable daily commute of the office.

· Must be an excellent communicator. Patients in this office expect dialogue with their providers and to be able to ask lots of questions. Someone engaging and easy to talk with will do well here.

· Several years' post-training experience required.

· Ideal candidates have experience running 2 to 3 columns per day, plus hygiene, and have proven collections that consistently exceed $80k/month.

Location:

· Located just under an hour to downtown Dallas on the far northwest end of Cedar Creek Lake.

· Forney, Rockwall, East Dallas, Lakewood, White Rock area, etc., are all about an hour. Anything southeast of Downtown along 175 is under 30 minutes.

· Terrell and Canton are about 45 minutes away.

· Kaufman County was the fastest growing county in Texas in 2022. Kaufman County and the cities within are booming. This practice is booming along with.
