About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Model Governance. Previous leadership experience and a deep understanding of actuarial modeling systems are essential, with a preference for those who have worked with the AXIS Enterprise Link.The ideal candidate for this position at the company will have a proven track record in a leadership role, a comprehensive knowledge of actuarial modeling systems, and experience in managing the associated work areas. The role involves not only leading a team of actuaries but also ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the actuarial models within the enterprise. A background in actuarial science, with a focus on life insurance, and a professional designation of ASA or FSA are required. Strong communication skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a detail-oriented approach are also necessary for this position.
