About the Role

The Company is seeking a Sales Director to lead its Horticulture market sales and marketing strategy. Applicants must have a minimum of 5-7 years' of experience in the horticultural lighting industry, a background in managing and mentoring teams, and a proven track record of leadership and team building. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, financial acumen, and the ability to work in a matrix environment. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader, a team player, and a motivator with excellent communication skills. They should be adept at challenging the status quo, have a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, and be experienced in working with end users in the horticultural markets. The position also involves significant travel, with requirements of up to 75%.
