While previous auto detailing experience is required, we are seeking a motivated, trainable, and eager candidate ready to learn more, and we are ready to teach. Again, Previous detailing experience is required! We value the willingness to learn new things. A great attitude is one of the most important qualities that you can have coming in. This job is an outside job, performed under our partially enclosed carport. It is hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so you must be able to handle the elements. You will be using various equipment such as pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, air compressors, and steamers to thoroughly detail new inventory for sale. We have a close-knit team here with 10 employees currently. We have fun, set goals, work hard, and encourage each other daily. Regardless what detailing skills and experience you bring in, it is important that you are flexible and may be willing to adjust your process to achieve the necessary results here.
