Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. As a Used Car Sales Manager , you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is a commission-based role with great earning potential.
Duties:
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals
- Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory and be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of each vehicle
- Conduct test drives with potential customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
- Utilize sales management tools to track leads, follow up with prospects, and manage customer relationships
- Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and recommending reordering when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual language skills (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license
