Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and addressing their automotive needs
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics to accurately identify and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
- Explain repair options and costs to customers, ensuring transparency and understanding
- Schedule and prioritize service appointments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle information, and service history
- Assist with automotive sales by promoting additional services or products that align with customer needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service or repair industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, including oil changes, brake repair, shocks/struts/suspension, diesel engine repair, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with auto service management systems and software is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with technicians and other staff members
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
