We are seeking an experienced General motors Automotive Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and service management.

**Duties:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the service department

- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs

- Supervise service technicians and provide guidance as needed

- Conduct quality control checks on completed work

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary

- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in automotive repair and maintenance

- Knowledge of air brakes, vehicle maintenance, and mechanical systems

- Familiarity with service writing, auto estimating, and service management

- Ability to align business goals with exceptional customer service

- Strong communication and leadership skills
