The Company is seeking a Business Development Director to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering client relationships in the contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) sector, with a focus on drug product manufacturing. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the CDMO or related industry. The Business Development Director will work closely with the technical and commercial teams to identify and secure new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a technical degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in drug product CDMO business development. The ability to demonstrate a successful sales track record, including the management of a dealsheet, is essential. The role also demands a candidate who is willing and able to travel as needed to support business activities.
