About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Partner for NA Learning and Development. This role is pivotal in leading, developing, and aligning key learning initiatives within the North America region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, continuous improvement, employee retention, and ongoing development. Operating autonomously, the Business Partner will serve as the main administrator for succession planning, employee development, and the focal point for the Learning Management System. The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects, adjust to increased workloads, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, organizational development, business, or a related field, and 5 - 7 years' of work experience in HR or a learning and development environment. The role demands a candidate with experience in succession planning and employee development tools, and a strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone. The Business Partner will be responsible for assessing workforce development needs, delivering training, and managing eLearning and virtual programs. Strong interpersonal, project management, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. The ability to maintain confidentiality, work in a team environment, and handle multiple tasks efficiently is also required.
