About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President, Chief Clinical Officer, and Chief Physician Executive to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic executive-level leadership and oversight for the clinical and provider enterprise functions. This includes managing and growing the clinical and provider enterprise, leading a vision for clinical and academic excellence, and ensuring exceptional patient and care team experiences. The role is highly visible and interactive, requiring continuous interaction with leadership at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding clinician with a distinguished record of clinical and academic leadership, comfortable in a dyad model, and experienced in leading a clinical enterprise with a focus on budget management and faculty leadership.Applicants for this role at the company must have an MD, DO, or equivalent degree, be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Ohio or eligible to obtain a license, and be board-certified in a discipline of medicine. Academic eligibility for a faculty appointment at a leading medical university is essential. The role demands a physician leader with a proven track record in clinical and academic leadership, as well as experience in managing a clinical enterprise, budget preparation, and faculty leadership. Progressive management experience in a multi-specialty group practice environment is also valued.
