About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Chief Compliance Officer to lead its compliance, audit, and privacy programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these programs are in line with the organization's culture, strategies, and objectives, while also meeting regulatory requirements. This role involves providing strategic leadership to the enterprise resource management function and partnering with internal senior stakeholders to align programs with operations, culture, and strategic initiatives. The VP, Chief Compliance Officer will serve as the internal Audit Executive, maintaining a direct reporting relationship with the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors, and will oversee the enterprise risk management function.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' of experience in healthcare risk management, audit, privacy, and compliance in a multi-organizational administration. A strong background in working with federal and state health services regulations is essential, along with 10 -15 years' of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in a complex integrated health care delivery setting. The role requires demonstrated experience reporting to an Audit and Compliance Committee of a Board. A Master's degree or Law degree is preferred, and candidates must hold a relevant certification such as Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Healthcare Compliance Fellowship (CHC-F), Certified Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC), or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). The VP, Chief Compliance Officer will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with government and regulatory agencies, as well as professional associations, and will oversee the organization's compliance with ethical and regulatory laws, including research activities.
