About the Role

The Company is seeking a President & CEO to lead its mission-driven, outdoor education and youth development organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and aligning the organization's strategic and tactical plans with its core mission, fostering a positive, multicultural work environment, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for serving historically marginalized children, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive institutional advancement and revenue growth. The President & CEO will also be tasked with providing strong leadership to the management team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality programs, and managing the organization's operations and growth.The ideal candidate for the President & CEO position at the company will have a proven track record in external relations and fundraising, as well as extensive experience in staff, operational, and financial management. They should be adept at building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including individual donors, funding agencies, and community-based organizations. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, the President & CEO will work closely with the Board of Trustees to ensure the organization's success and will be committed to the values of social justice, collaboration, and sustainability. The role demands a leader who is not only entrepreneurial and forward-thinking but also deeply committed to the personal and professional growth of their team.
