They should have comprehensive financial knowledge, experience in fundraising, and a talent for building and leading high-performing teams. The CEO will also be responsible for external relations, fundraising, and program development, and must be adept at managing complex operations with a focus on customer experience and staff development. A collaborative and engaging leader, the CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, the Executive Team, and the community to ensure the company's continued success and growth.
