The Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic and inclusive team. They should be a decisive, results-oriented manager with excellent financial, analytical, and administrative skills. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, volunteer leaders, and various stakeholders, so strong communication and relationship-building abilities are a must. The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for an advanced degree, and have a proven track record of ethical financial leadership.
