About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic and inclusive team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for all financial aspects and for uplifting the overall operational and financial strength of the company. This role requires a hands-on, innovative leader with a proven track record in managing change, maximizing efficiency, and leading financial support for capital projects. The CFO will be expected to provide strategic oversight, manage all financial functions, and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. They will also be a champion for the company's core values, including a strong commitment to diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion.The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in finance, accounting, and reporting, with a background in a large, mission-driven organization. They should be a decisive, results-oriented manager with excellent financial, analytical, and administrative skills. A high level of multicultural sensitivity and a history of promoting diversity and inclusion are essential. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, volunteer leaders, and various stakeholders, so strong communication and relationship-building abilities are a must. The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for an advanced degree, and have a proven track record of ethical financial leadership.
