About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its global financial, operational, talent, and IT management strategy. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the organization's strategic goals, particularly in the context of its significant growth and the need to strengthen its financial position. This executive will be at the forefront of the company's efforts to increase individual giving, broaden outreach to diverse donors, and build a coalition of foundations to support innovation and scaling strategies. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the President, and will be responsible for a large staff, including a team of SVP/VP/director-level professionals.The ideal CFO for the company will have a CPA certification and a background in finance that includes global experience and a proven track record of creative problem-solving. The role demands a strategic thinker who can lead a large team and is adept at managing the financial aspects of a high-growth, mission-driven organization. Responsibilities will also include contributing to the development of the company's strategic goals and ensuring that its financial management is in line with its mission of driving social change for people and nature.
