About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team and take on a pivotal role in managing the organization's financial activities. The CFO will be tasked with developing and executing the financial strategy in line with the business's overall objectives, leading the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, and providing strategic insights based on financial analysis and market trends. Monitoring key financial metrics to assess performance and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement are also key responsibilities. The successful candidate will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of financial leadership experience in the convenience retail industry, and a proven track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence.Applicants for the CFO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar financial leadership role within the convenience retail industry. Strong financial acumen, and in-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance are essential. The role requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and guide finance staff, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, supporting growth initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency. A strategic mindset and the ability to align financial strategies with business goals are critical for this position.
