The successful candidate will be a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in finance, including experience as a top finance executive in a multi-site services company or as a senior leader in a larger enterprise. A robust accounting background, experience in financial planning and analysis, and a preference for candidates with a private equity and solid M&A integration experience are essential. The CFO will be responsible for driving the company's financial performance, supporting its growth and scale, and ensuring the alignment of financial strategies with the company's business goals.The ideal CFO for the company will have a tenure of 15-20 years, demonstrating a track record of progressive career success. Key responsibilities for the role include leading the financial function, providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team, and overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The CFO will also play a critical role in inorganic and organic growth initiatives, in line with the private equity sponsor's investment thesis. The role demands a leader with a "will to win" attitude, capable of honoring the company's history while driving it forward. As part of the executive team, the CFO will contribute to the overall success of the business and work to ensure that financial decisions are in the best interest of the company and its stakeholders.
