About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its mission of driving societal change and promoting disability inclusion. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders to support strategic growth initiatives, capital investments, and financial reporting. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial management, capable of maximizing resources to achieve the company's objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships, managing complex strategic transitions, and leading a team to ensure operational and financial excellence.Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus), a CPA or equivalent certification, and at least 20 years of progressive management experience in complex environments. Essential skills include exemplary communication, a deep understanding of financial systems, and a strong background in financial strategy, operations, and compliance. The CFO will also be expected to demonstrate a passion for the company's mission and a commitment to staff development. Responsibilities encompass financial and risk management, as well as overseeing legal and contractual activities. The ideal candidate will have a drive for continuous improvement, the ability to work at both granular and strategic levels, and a proven ability to build and lead highly productive teams.
