About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Operating Officer (CFOO) to join their senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving the financial and operational success of the organization. The CFOO will be responsible for developing and implementing robust financial strategies, optimizing budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong financial acumen, experience in managing complex budgets, and a proven track record of leading operational and fiscal initiatives. The successful candidate will also be involved in overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations, including guest relations, wellness initiatives, and business development, and must be committed to the mission of supporting families with children undergoing medical treatment.Candidates for the CFOO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years' of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the non-profit sector. Strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire teams, and a genuine passion for the mission of the organization are essential. The CFOO will also be involved in human resource management, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the organization's goals and foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Experience in the healthcare or related industry is desirable, as is a background in managing technology solutions and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
