About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and transform its HR function in support of the global organization's mission. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive HR strategy that is aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes serving as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team, overseeing global recruitment, talent management, and ensuring an enhanced employee experience and culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification, and at least 20 years' overall HR experience, including a minimum of 10 years at a director level and 5 years in an organizational leadership position. Significant experience in globally dispersed companies, and a proven track record in evolving and scaling the HR function, are essential.Key responsibilities for the CHRO include strategic leadership, team management, organizational talent management, and fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment. The role requires an individual with advanced knowledge of employment laws, the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks across global geographies, and superior communication skills. The successful candidate will be adept at data analysis, identifying trends, and using insights to make informed decisions related to talent management and organizational effectiveness. They will also be expected to lead DEI initiatives, ensure compliance, and manage HR systems to support the company's operational excellence and sustainability.
