About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and drive key people initiatives and programs in line with the organization's growth goals. This influential leader will be a member of the senior executive team, providing strategic advice on talent management, operational HR, and organizational and leadership development. The CHRO will be responsible for creating and executing the vision and strategy for a top-tier talent enterprise, as well as overseeing a team that focuses on human resources, organizational learning, employee development, and internal communication strategies. The role also involves maintaining a high-performing, service-focused, and team-oriented department culture, collaborating on strategic issues, and anticipating change management needs.Candidates for the CHRO position should have at least 10 years of leadership experience in HR, with a strong background in strategy, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Proficiency in developing and supporting growth and change management initiatives, as well as experience in leading and executing strategic plans and budgets, is essential. Regulatory industry experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field are required. A SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP designation is preferred. The successful candidate will be expected to build a team that can handle talent acquisition, leadership development, risk mitigation, employee relations, and employment law compliance as the company scales.
