The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their dynamic and growing institution. The role demands a visionary leader with a people-centered philosophy, capable of fostering a culture of service excellence, innovation, and community partnerships.The successful candidate for the CHRO position at the company will possess at least ten years of progressive HR or business administration experience, with a strong background in leading high-performing teams and managing organizational change. A bachelor's degree is required, and advanced degrees or senior-level HR certifications are preferred. The CHRO will be expected to cultivate innovative strategies to meet the workforce needs of today and tomorrow, and to advance the company's employee value proposition. Key priorities include nurturing a people-centered and service-oriented culture, and establishing personal and professional credibility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic agility, the ability to motivate and develop others, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
