About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join its well-established team. The CHRO will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the organization's mission by leading the development and execution of human resources strategies that align with the company's goals. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset, adept at fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and inclusivity. The CHRO will oversee a range of HR personnel and be responsible for developing short and long-term strategic HR objectives, supervising policy development, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations. Additionally, the CHRO will lead organizational planning, development efforts, and establish various HR programs and initiatives.Candidates for the CHRO position should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree or specialized training, and a minimum of five years' management experience in HR or training/educational systems. An SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and human capital management trends, with a proven track record of developing and executing human capital strategies that drive business results. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, as is experience in managing a high-performing HR team and leading an organization with over 1000 employees.
