About the Role

The CIO will also be accountable for software engineering and delivery, recommending technology solutions to grow the business, and ensuring the technology footprint is aligned with enterprise assets.Applicants must have at least 15 years' of leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in healthcare or insurance product development, and a background in specialty benefits is preferred. The role demands a leader with a customer-first mindset, a history of executing with excellence, and a leadership style that fosters innovation and transparent communication. The CIO will be expected to simplify the technology landscape, lead through influence in a matrixed environment, and manage a significant budget. Experience in cloud migration, system integration, and a strong technical background are essential.
