About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join their team. The CIO will be a key leader, responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in the design, development, and execution of the company's information technology and services on a global scale. This role involves ensuring that the IT objectives, goals, and strategy align with the overall organization's mission, vision, and values. The successful candidate will lead the development of the IT strategic plan, oversee the IT PMO, and be accountable for enterprise-wide application development, architecture, governance, information security, and data management activities. Collaboration with the executive management team and business unit vice presidents is essential to prioritize technology initiatives and support the company's growth through technology and innovation.To excel in this position, candidates should have a master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent, with a minimum of 15 years of management experience in a complex global organization. The role requires advanced leadership skills, a deep understanding of technology trends, and the ability to align technology with the company's strategic goals. The CIO will be expected to have a strong orientation towards innovation, be agile in adapting to change, and have a proven track record of effectively working with executive leadership to drive business value. Financial management experience, including budgeting and maximizing ROI on technology investments, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a history of leveraging emerging technologies to support business objectives and a commitment to creating a culture of innovation and excellence.
