About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to play a pivotal role in its rapid expansion. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy to double the company's revenue. This includes serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, owning the brand and go-to-market plan, and working cross-functionally to ensure its successful implementation. The CMO will also be tasked with identifying and engaging the target audience to foster a loyal fan base, driving country-level brand expressions, and leading a high-performing marketing team in a remote and hybrid environment.Applicants for the CMO position at the company must have a BA/BS degree in a relevant field, with at least 15 years' of marketing experience, including a background in the sports or outdoor industry. The role requires a proven track record in building and leading marketing teams, as well as experience in brand building across various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver both brand growth and sales. A strategic thinker who can also operate tactically in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, the CMO will be expected to be a collaborative leader with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
