About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Global Sales to provide direct support to the Global Head of Sales in the management and growth of a large, international sales team. This senior role is pivotal in driving the strategic initiatives and rhythm of the business, and the successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, and business partner, capable of offering strategic counsel and acting on behalf of the Global Head of Sales. The role involves a high level of visibility within the organization, frequent interaction with executives, and a seat on the Global Sales Leadership Team.Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 8 years' of work experience, with a preference for those with a background in B2B sales, management consulting, or corporate strategy, particularly in the context of a leading technology company. Experience in enterprise software/SaaS is highly desirable. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing critical issues, working cross-functionally on sales strategies, and executing business strategies by providing the necessary data and insights for executive decision-making. The role requires a proven track record in managing cross-functional projects, expertise in strategy execution, and the ability to develop strong, trust-based relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication, are essential.
