About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director, Chief of Staff (CoS) for Product Advancement. This executive role is pivotal in strengthening the organization's success both externally and internally. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the Chief Product Officer, ensuring the smooth facilitation of the product advancement strategy, and inspiring and influencing the team towards targeted goals. The CoS will be responsible for leading organizational and executive rhythms, running cross-company special projects, and driving the operations of the executive Product Advancement Group team. A balance of leadership, influence, project management, strategic planning, and the ability to work under pressure is essential. The measure of success in this role is the ability to earn the trust and respect of the CPO, driving a culture of accountability, and ensuring the product advancement leadership team functions cohesively.Applicants for the Director, Chief of Staff for Product Advancement at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience, with a strong background in product development, business planning, budget management, and executive leadership. The role requires the ability to challenge and influence leadership, adapt to changing business needs, and demonstrate solid project management and business judgment. The ideal candidate will be resilient, able to handle confidential information, and have a strong alignment with the company's core values.
