A background in healthcare or behavioral healthcare, along with at least 5 years of program management experience, is required. They should be familiar with recruitment strategies, laws, and best practices, and proficient in applicant-tracking software and the Microsoft Office Suite. The role is remote, but the candidate must be able to travel as needed and be commutable to the Bedford, PA, and Ebensburg, PA areas for onsite events.
