About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to oversee the day-to-day operations and act as the primary liaison for the President. This strategic role involves driving strong performance, growing the business, and ensuring the organization's success as a contractor of choice in the marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading program directors, managing internal and external correspondence, and spearheading various projects, bids, and proposals. They will also serve as an advisor on major initiatives, support leadership in organizational change, and champion a culture of accountability and equity. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build positive relationships and maintain a steady demeanor under pressure.Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of experience as a government contractor, particularly on service contracts. A background in healthcare or behavioral healthcare, along with at least 5 years of program management experience, is required. The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and have a strong customer service orientation. They should be familiar with recruitment strategies, laws, and best practices, and proficient in applicant-tracking software and the Microsoft Office Suite. The role is remote, but the candidate must be able to travel as needed and be commutable to the Bedford, PA, and Ebensburg, PA areas for onsite events.
