About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the business and support service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth, operations, and financial results of the organization, and will be a key leader in both strategic and operational decision-making. This role demands a collaborative and mission-driven executive with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of operational leadership experience in a multi-campus healthcare, post-acute care, or long-term care environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior executive-level position within a healthcare or senior living organization, with a strong reputation for operational excellence.As the second in command to the CEO, the COO will be a trusted thought partner and may be positioned as a potential successor. Leadership experience in a multi-campus setting is highly valued, and a hands-on approach to operational management is essential. The role requires a leader who is passionate about improving healthcare and senior living services, and who can effectively manage the full continuum of senior care. The candidate should be adept at leading and supporting a team, and must have a deep understanding of the business, environment, and people within the organization. A background in long-term care is preferred, and the individual should be prepared to engage with the organization's mission and values.
