About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with full P/L responsibility for its new commercial drug product manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be a key leader in developing and maintaining the value proposition, offerings, price structure, and client relationships. This role is pivotal in working closely with the business development team to drive the acquisition of new business. The ideal COO will have a Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Engineering, a minimum of 10 years of experience in a CDMO environment, and a proven track record of leadership.
