About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead its aggressive growth strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with new private equity owners to lead the expansion of a dispersed workforce, with a focus on serving a national customer base. This executive leadership role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of operational excellence, and experience in professionalizing operations within a rapidly scaling business. The COO will be responsible for building and managing a highly effective team, creating a culture of performance, and executing an aggressive growth strategy, potentially through M&A.Applicants for the COO position should have a background in commercial facility services, ideally in areas such as HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire life and safety, or plumbing. Experience in managing a dispersed team that has grown through acquisitions and a strong understanding of private equity-sponsored or investor-led enterprises are highly valued. The role demands an executive leader with an owner mentality, capable of working in partnership with investors to drive the business through its next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead the professionalization of operations while maintaining a focus on growth and performance.
