About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President (COO/EVP) and a Counsel to the President. The COO/EVP will be a pivotal leader, responsible for the daily operations, strategic initiatives, and overall efficiency of the institution. This includes managing administrative functions, optimizing organizational processes, and ensuring collaboration across various departments to meet the university's goals. The successful candidate will play a central role in strategic planning, policy implementation, and fostering a productive, working environment. The Counsel to the President will serve as the principal legal advisor, providing guidance on a range of legal matters, interpreting laws and regulations, and managing legal risks to ensure the university's compliance and protect its legal interests.Applicants for both positions must have a minimum of 10 years' experience, with a preference for those with a background in an HBCU setting. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Jenzebar is also preferred.
