About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations, with a focus on meeting business objectives and customer expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's operational strategy to support growth, enhance efficiency, and improve profitability. This includes leading and managing the Operations organization, overseeing the supply chain, and driving operational excellence through process optimization. The COO will also be a key member of the senior leadership team, working to implement strategic initiatives that ensure the company can scale and achieve long-term success.Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, with at least 10 years' of experience in operations and revenue management. A proven track record in driving operational excellence, particularly in the health and/or wellness space, is essential. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience in ERP systems, supply chain management, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, and be a champion of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus. Regular travel to the parent company's headquarters is also a necessary part of the role.
