About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People and Culture Officer to join their team. This senior executive role is pivotal in championing the organization's culture and values, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The successful candidate will be a thought leader in these areas, serving as a key member of the Executive team and working closely with all departments to ensure that the company's mission and values are embedded in its workplace culture. Responsibilities include leading the human resources, employee engagement, and DEIB functions, setting and implementing a clear DEIB strategy, and coaching senior staff on effective implementation. The role also involves team leadership, budget management, and leading initiatives to enhance the organization's culture and change management processes.Applicants for the Chief People and Culture Officer position at the company should be deeply motivated by the organization's mission and values, particularly in the context of health equity, racial equity, and value-centered work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in leadership roles related to HR, DEIB, and people/culture, with a strong background in philanthropic or social change organizations.
